Each year we get the best breweries in The City to come out and have a party in the East Bay! This year is no exception! Riip Beer Co. is located in Sunset Beach a historic sub-district of Huntington Beach, California directly on Pacific Coast Highway across the street from the Beach & the Bolsa Chica Wetlands.
Riip Beer Company started as a Home Brew Operation on a 20 Gallon Brew Sculpture by More Beer in a Small Garage in Downtown Huntington Beach, California.
Founded by two Brother-in-Laws in 2014, Riip Beer became one of Southern California's first Nano Breweries to hit the rapid growing craft beer scene producing some of the best small batch, hand crafted ales in Orange County. Riip Beer was built organically from the ground up, the same way we craft our beers.
We are changing things up at The Hop Grenade Taproom & Bottleshop! Starting in June we will begin serving amazing tacos!! We will have three different tacos available at all times and wanted to kick off the menu with a pairing flight from Del Cielo Brewing Co. High Water Brewing has won multiple Great American Beer Festival Awards for Campfire Stout. Finally this roasty, chocolaty, beer is coming to cans! We are throwing a special party for this release, cans will be in house to take home and we will have a variety of High Water beer on tap as well! It should be a great night with awesome people, killer beer, and who knows what else!

Leveraging a successful 15 year brewing career, Brewmaster Steve Altimari embarked on the formation of High Water Brewing, with final licensing and production commencing in March 2011. “High Water” being a playful interpretation of Altimari from Italian, “Alta” meaning High and “Mare” meaning Sea or Water.
Inspired by the most respected and creative brewing practices and styles around the world, Steve’s love of beer and unbridled passion for all things flavorful have led to a line of products that represent the very best of the best. Oakland’s resident metal head brewery, Ghost Town Brewing prides itself on freshness and copious amounts of hops! Brewmaster Justin is no stranger to Concord, having been the brewer at Black Diamond Brewing back in the day. Nowadays he and his team are brewing 15 bbl batches of dank juicy IPAs, roasty stouts, and puckering kettle sours. These guys bring the party and bring the brews. Join us for a special day celebrating Bel Air Sour from Brooklyn Brewing! Bars all across the country will be pouring Bel Air Sour along with other Brooklyn beers to celebrate it’s refreshing tartness and the beginning of Summer! With Chuck’s contributions in the brewing industry, at Green Flash, for nearly 20 years, the Silva name has become popular for high quality, superior flavor, and innovation so we felt our brand would be very recognizable from the start. He is bringing his beers to the East Bay for the first time! Founders' annual Kentucky Breakfast Stout release has been a beer geek must for years! After only being in California for the past few we are lucky enough again to host the party!
KBS is 12.3 percent ABV imperial breakfast stout that has been brewed with “a massive amount” of both coffee and chocolate before being aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for an entire year in old gypsum mines 85 feet under the ground at a temperature of 38-40 degrees fahrenheit.

After the birth of their first child Reuben, Adam and Grace embarked on a mission to brew bloody good beer. Originally from the UK, Adam turned a passionate hobby into a family-run brewery crafting nationally and internationally recognized beers in a wide variety of styles. Since opening in 2012, Reuben’s has won awards for its beers around the world including at the Great American Beer Festival, the World Beer Cup, the US Open and was named Mid-Sized Brewery of the Year at the 2015 Washington Beer Awards.

This Friday we will be tapping our one keg of Sierra Nevada Resilience IPA! Sierra Nevada brewed this beer to help the victims of the Butte County Fires. We will be donating all of the proceeds from this keg to The Sierra Nevada Camp Fire Relief Fund.
While hundreds of breweries made Resilience IPA only Sierra Nevada distributed it. To add to our event we have gathered beer from many participating breweries to round out an awesome list made by awesome people who care!
